Reeves Terms of Use
Effective 25 September 2026.
The service
Reeves is a voice assistant that answers questions, remembers what you tell it, works with the accounts you connect, makes plans for you, and speaks up on its own when something needs you. It is provided by Reeves ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Subscription
- Plans: Base, Plus and Pro, each an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price of each plan is shown on the subscribe screen before you buy, in your currency.
- Renewal: a subscription renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel. Payment is charged to your App Store account (in the app) or your card through Stripe (on the web) at confirmation of purchase, and again within 24 hours before the end of each monthly period.
- Cancelling: in the app, cancel any time in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions on your iPhone; the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid. On the web, cancel from Manage subscription in Settings. Deleting your Reeves account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it first.
- Refunds: App Store purchases are refunded by Apple under Apple's terms. Web purchases are refunded under Stripe's and our terms; write to us.
- Free tier and access codes: a free tier or a beta access code gives access for the stated period without payment and may end when stated.
What Reeves does on your behalf
When you ask, Reeves may read and write to accounts you have connected, put events in your calendar, send mail as you, search for flights and hotels, build a grocery cart, and run tasks in a browser on your screen. Reeves never books, pays or buys anything without your explicit confirmation on screen or aloud, and you are responsible for what you confirm. Information Reeves finds on the web, in your accounts or in its own knowledge can be wrong; check anything that matters before acting on it.
Meeting recording
When you turn on meeting mode, Reeves records the room through your device and transcribes it to write notes. The audio is never stored: each part is transcribed and then discarded. The transcript and the notes are kept in your account until you delete them, and the text of each recorded part is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Health information
Nutrition and training plans are general guidance built from what you tell Reeves. They are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before changing your diet or training, and stop if something hurts.
Your account
You must be at least 13 and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may export or delete your account at any time in Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use Reeves to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to send unsolicited mail, or to interfere with the service or its providers. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability and liability
Reeves depends on third-party services and may be unavailable or make mistakes. It is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may change these terms; we will post the new version here with a new date, and continuing to use Reeves after that is acceptance. Price changes to a subscription take effect only at a renewal after you have been told.
