Reeves Privacy Policy
Effective 25 September 2026. Reeves is a voice assistant at tryreeves.com and in the Reeves app for iPhone.
What Reeves collects
- Your account: your email address and, if you choose Sign in with Apple, the identity Apple provides. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and never seen by us except in transit.
- What you say and type: the words of each conversation, kept as a transcript so Reeves can remember you, and the things Reeves is asked to remember: people, places, preferences and facts you tell it.
- Your voice: your microphone is sent to the speech service only while a conversation is open. Nothing is recorded when a conversation is not running. You can switch off keeping voice transcripts in Settings.
- Connected accounts, with your consent: if you link Google or Microsoft, Reeves reads your calendar, your mail and your files on your behalf, only when you ask or when a nudge needs your calendar; with Google it can also, when you ask, archive or label mail, create filters and unsubscribe you from senders -- it never deletes mail. The sign-in tokens are encrypted at rest and revoked when you delete your account. You can pause each connection in Settings without disconnecting it.
- Health and training: the answers you give for a nutrition or training plan, weigh-ins and workout logs, kept to make and adjust your plans.
- Location: only while you are using Reeves, for directions, drive times and places near you. You can switch it off in Settings.
- Camera and photos: only what you point the camera at or attach, for that request.
- Sales records, if switched on for your account: the commission plan you describe, and from later versions your customers, deals with their volume and computed commission, and activities, kept for you alone and deleted with your account.
- Subscription: whether you have a subscription and which plan, from Apple or Stripe. Reeves never sees your card number.
Who receives data
Reeves is built on services that process data on our behalf. Each receives only what its job needs.

Reeves does not sell your data and does not use it for advertising.

Your choices
- Export: Settings, Your data, Download my data gives you everything Reeves holds as one file.
- Delete: Settings, Your data, Delete account deletes your account and everything in it, for real, at once. An App Store or card subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account: cancel it first in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions, or from Manage subscription on the web.
- Memory: switch it off, or view and clear it, in Settings.
- Connections: pause or disconnect Google and Microsoft in Settings.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Sign-in tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest with a key that never leaves the server. Every read of sensitive data is written to an audit log. Details are in our published security document.
Children
Reeves is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
